The USDA Market News Service reports fed ingredient prices for the week ending 
Tuesday October 27, 2020 were mixed. Soybean Meal was 5.90 to 21.00 higher, mostly 
12.10 higher. Cottonseed Meal was 5.00 to 30.00 higher. Whole Cottonseed was steady 
to 25.00 higher. Canola Meal was mixed, 15.00 lower to 17.00 higher. Linseed Meal was 
steady to 30.00 higher. Sunflower Meal was 10.00 lower. Crude Soybean Oil was 55 to 
130 points higher. Crude Corn Oil was steady to 42 points higher. Ruminant Meat and 
Bone Meal was steady to 25.00 higher. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 150.00 
higher. Feather Meal was 5.00 to 40.00 higher, mostly 5.00 higher. Yellow Corn Hominy 
was steady to 2.00 higher. Corn Gluten Feed was mixed, 9.00 lower to 17.00 higher. 
Corn Gluten Meal was steady to 30.00 higher. Distillers Dried Grain were mixed, 10.00 
lower to 20.00 higher. Wheat Millfeeds were steady to 10.00 higher. Wheat Millrun was 
steady to 5.00 higher.

Oilseeds: The December Soybean Meal futures closed 12.10 higher at 384.00, January 
closed 11.30 higher at 377.90 and March closed 5.80 higher at 364.80. The December 
Soybean Oil futures closed 80 points higher at 34.11 cents per pound, January closed 
61 points higher at 33.92 cents per pound and March closed 37 points lower at 33.67 
cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Central Illinois 
was 12.10 higher from 382.00-384.00; Indiana-Ohio was 10.10 to 12.10 higher from 
392.00-394.00; Iowa was 12.10 higher from 368.00-384.00; Kansas City was 12.10 higher 
from 389.00-394.00; Minneapolis truck was 12.10 higher from 374.00-378.00, St. Louis 
was 21.00 higher from 423.00-428.00; Memphis was 12.10 higher from 389.00-410.00; 
Portland was 11.10 to 15.00 higher from 436.00-455.00; BN Santa Fe/Union Pacific 
delivered Chino Valley was 5.90 to 12.10 higher from 434.80-454.00. Cottonseed Meal 
FOB the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was 25.00 to 30.00 higher from 
320.00-325.00; Kansas City was 5.00 to 10.00 higher from 365.00-375.00; St. Louis was 
5.00 to 10.00 higher from 360.00-370.00; Memphis was 10.00 to 20.00 higher 320.00. 
Whole Cottonseed FOB the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was 5.00 to 10.00 
higher from 325.00-350.00; delivered to Portland was steady from 340.00-370.00; 
Memphis was 25.00 higher at 245.00. Offers for nearby delivered Canola Meal, 34 to 36 
percent protein, delivered to Portland was mixed 15.00 lower to 7.10 higher from 
329.00-340.00; FOB Central San Joaquin Valley truck was 4.00 to 17.00 higher from 
337.00-350.00; Minneapolis was mixed, 4.00 lower to 7.10 higher from 277.90-319.90. 
Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady to 30.00 higher from 250.00-255.00 in the 
North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was 10.00 
lower from 190.00-220.00 in North Dakota-Minnesota area. The Soybean Oil in Central 
Illinois was 55 to 105 points higher from 34.61-34.86 cents per pound; Indiana-Ohio 
was 105 to 130 points higher at 35.11 cents per pound; Iowa was 80 points higher from 
34.61-35.36 cents per pound; Minnesota was 80 points higher from 34.61-35.11 cents 
per pound. Crude Corn Oil in Central Illinois was steady to 42 points higher at 42.42 
cents per pound.

ANIMAL PROTEINS: Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. was 10.00 to 20.00 
higher from 305.00-310.00; FOB the Texas Panhandle was from 215.00-262.50; 
Minneapolis was 25.00 higher from 225.00-300.00; St. Louis was not available; 
Portland FOB Northwest Plants was steady from 190.00-220.00; FOB Central and Northern 
California was steady with limited trade at 225.00; FOB Los Angeles was steady with 
limited trade at 225.00. Pork Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. was mixed, 10.00 
lower to 10.00 higher from 240.00-285.00; Eastern Corn Belt was 20.00 lower at 
320.00; Minneapolis was steady to 5.00 higher from 250.00-325.00, St. Louis was not 
available. Ruminant Blood Meal in the Central U.S. was 75.00 to 150.00 higher from 
650.00-725.00; the Texas Panhandle had no quote; Minneapolis was 25.00 higher from 
700.00-800.00; delivered to the San Joaquin Valley was steady at 825.00 in limited 
trade. Pork Blood Meal in the Central U.S. was from 750.00-900.00; Eastern Corn Belt 
was not available; Minneapolis was steady from 700.00-775.00. Feather Meal in Kansas 
City was 5.00 higher from 355.00-365.00; Minneapolis was steady to 40.00 higher from 
300.00-390.00; Arkansas was 5.00 higher from 340.00-350.00; Mississippi was 5.00 
higher from 330.00-340.00. 

CORN FEEDS: Yellow Corn Hominy in Central Illinois was 2.00 higher at 102.00 for 
rail, truck was steady at 108.00; Kansas City (Northwest) was not available; St. 
Louis was not available; California rail was not available, truck was steady at 
185.00. Corn Gluten Feed in the Midwest (NE,IA,IL, IN) was 5.00 to 8.00 higher from 
120.00-130.00; Kansas City was steady to 9.00 lower from 200.00-220.00; St. Louis was 
9.00 lower at 195.00, California was 7.00 to 17.00 higher from 227.00-230.00. Corn 
Gluten Meal,60 percent protein in the Midwest (IA, IL, IN) was steady to 30.00 higher 
from 420.00-490.00; Kansas City was not available; St. Louis was steady at 535.00. 
Distillers Dried Grain prices in Iowa was steady to 1.00 higher from 145.00-175.00; 
Eastern Cornbelt (IL, IN, OH, MI) was 5.00 to 10.00  higher from 170.00-185.00; 
Kansas was mixed, 10.00 lower to 5.00 higher from 150.00-210.00; Minnesota was 5.00 
higher from 155.00-165.00; Nebraska was 7.00 to 10.00 higher from 170.00-180.00; 
Wisconsin was 4.00 to 5.00 higher from 164.00-175.00; South Dakota was 5.00 to 8.00 
higher from 160.00-165.00; Missouri was 4.00 to 5.00 higher from 180.00-189.00; St. 
Louis was not available; California was 5.00 to 20.00 higher from 230.00-250.00; 
Pacific Northwest mills were 2.00 to 16.00 higher from 232.00-248.00.

WHEAT MILLFEEDS: Wheat Millfeeds in Buffalo, NY was steady at 100.00; Kansas City was 
steady from 120.00-135.00; Minneapolis truck was steady to 10.00 higher from 90.00-
140.00; St. Louis was steady to 5.00 higher from 140.00-160.00. Wheat Millrun 
delivered Portland was steady at 215.00 in limited test; FOB Los Angeles mill was 
2.00 to 5.00 higher from 150.00-162.00.

OTHERS: In the south Rice Bran, Millfeed and Rice Hulls were steady to higher.  In 
California, Rice Bran and Rice hulls were steady. Alfalfa Meal prices were steady 
across the nation this past week.
